If you are a customer who has messaged EQL Apparel through Facebook Messenger, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our system.
This includes your conversation history, messages, profile information, and any AI-generated response suggestions related to your interactions.

We will send you a confirmation email within 7 days acknowledging your request.
We may ask you to verify your identity to ensure we delete the correct data.
Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of your request.
Once deletion is complete, we will send you a final confirmation email.
